Privacy Policy

1. Who we are

AutoK ("we", "our") provides a credit-based LLM proxy service at auto-k.dev, including the website, API endpoint, and the autok command-line tool.

2. Information we collect

Account information. When you sign in with Google, we receive your Google account email address and a unique identifier. We do not receive your password.

Usage information. We record API usage metadata (model name, token counts, timestamps, credit deductions) to provide billing. Prompt and response contents are processed in order to relay them to the model provider and are not stored by us after the request completes.

Payment information. Payments are processed by Paddle.com. We never see or store your card details; we receive only order confirmations needed to credit your account.

3. How we use information

To operate the service: authenticate you, meter and bill usage, prevent abuse, and provide support. We do not sell your personal information or use your prompts to train models.

4. Third parties

Requests you send are relayed to model providers (such as Google Gemini via Google Cloud and Anthropic Claude via AWS Bedrock) to generate responses. Authentication is provided by Google Firebase. Payments are processed by Paddle. Infrastructure runs on Amazon Web Services.

5. Data retention and deletion

Account and billing records are kept while your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us.
