Release notes

What changed in each version of the auto-k ERP, and when it went live (KST). Current version v0.0.69.

  1. v0.0.69Latest

    2026-11-07 18:42:33 KST

    • Are you still there? After 30 minutes without input (mouse, keyboard, touch) the ERP asks "자리에 계신가요?". Any input carries on; with no answer within 10 minutes the visit counts only until the last input, nothing builds up until the person is back, and 출근 현황 shows the visit as ended by being away. In Chrome, Edge and Whale, allowing idle detection when answering means work in other programs is never asked about, only a computer left untouched or locked. Time really worked meanwhile is claimed with "ERP 없이 일한 시간 신청".
    • Google Drive copy of 문서 저장소: the owner connects the company's Google account (설정 › 회사 › 구글 드라이브) and 문서 저장소 is copied one way into "오토케 문서 · <company>". Each document is one Drive file holding its latest version, so its link stays; earlier versions go to the folder's "_보관" as "name (v2, date)" and stay in Drive's version history. Folders, renames, moves, the trash and restoring follow; deliverables, 서류함 and photos stay out. Copies carry no watermark, so only managers are given view access; managers see each document's state (sent, waiting, failed) and the totals. 오토케 only touches the files it made (drive.file scope).
  2. v0.0.68

    2026-11-07 17:51:45 KST

    • Notices (홈 › 공지사항): owners and managers write a company notice the way a 사내 가이드 page is written, photos included, and everyone else is told ("공지: <title>", a new notification kind 공지사항, by email too unless the owner picks otherwise). Pinned notices come first, then the newest; unread ones are bold, and 홈 shows "읽지 않은 공지 N건" until they are read. Owners and managers see who read each notice, pin or unpin, edit and delete; earlier versions and deleted notices are kept as for 사내 가이드. On the phone, from the today screen's card and its 공지사항 link.
    • Company address check as you type: in Settings › Company and when making a new company, the line under the address says at once whether it can be used or another company has it (your company's own current and former addresses are fine). Save and create stay off for an address another company has or had; saving still checks again.
  3. v0.0.67

    2026-11-07 16:15:07 KST

    • Accept all: with two or more tasks waiting for your 수락, "모두 수락 N건" on 홈 (내가 처리할 업무), 업무 › 내 업무함 and the phone's today list accepts them all after one question, each telling whoever handed it over as a single 수락 does. A 협조 asked of you is answered, not accepted, so it is left out.
    • Full screen for the workflow: [전체 화면] at the top of a project gives the flow and the open task the whole screen (the browser's full screen too where it allows); [작게 보기] or Esc goes back.
    • No approval runs into an overlap: a work-hours request that no longer fits because the hours changed after it was sent (base hours, a 근로조건 change, blocked times, another move) shows "승인할 수 없어요" with what it runs into (for example "11/7(토) 13:00–14:00 근무와 겹쳐요") on 근무 › 승인, and its approve button is off. Such requests are called off within five minutes and the employee is told why; one held up only by a no-show mark waits, since arriving takes the mark back. Requests sent together that fit only as a set (a whole day moved with its lunch break) say "같이 신청한 N건과 함께 승인돼요" and are approved together. Overlap messages when moving hours name the hours they run into.
  4. v0.0.66

    2026-11-07 14:56:34 KST

    • 4대보험 at each month's rates: payslips take the rates of the month they pay for. From January 2027 국민연금 goes from 4.75% to 5% and 장기요양 from 13.14% to 13.9% of the 건강보험료 by themselves (건강보험 3.595% and 고용보험 0.9% stay). 국민연금 is now capped by the 기준소득월액 in force from July 2026 (410,000–6,590,000원; it used 400,000–6,370,000원). From January 2028 국민연금 is 5.25% as the law sets it, and pay for 2023–2025 months uses those years' rates. 4대보험 요율 under 근무 › 임금명세서 shows the month's rates for the employee and the company, their totals, and what changes next (for example 국민연금 4.75% → 5% from 2027-01). The rates note in the payroll .xlsx follows the month too.
    • What the company pays: the payslip table shows each person's 회사 부담 (the company's own 4대보험) and 회사가 쓴 돈 (pay plus that) next to the take-home pay, with the month's totals in a last row. An opened payslip lists them by insurance: 국민연금, 건강보험 and 장기요양 (as much as the employee pays), 고용보험 (the employee's share plus 고용안정·직업능력개발) and 산재보험. The owner enters the company's 산재보험 rate and its 고용안정 rate by size under 4대보험 요율, from a chosen pay month (the 산재 rate is set again every year). A sent payslip keeps the 회사 부담 its mail showed, whatever the rates become later. With "직원 명세서에도 회사 부담 보이기" on (the default), employees see it on their own payslips and in the payslip mail too. It is not pay: pay and take-home stay as they are. The payroll .xlsx gets a 회사 부담 sheet.
    • Work counts only where the plan and the ERP visits meet: time on the ERP outside the planned blocks is no longer work (the 근무표 bar reads "접속 중 · 근무 시간 밖"), and missed hours are no longer moved to it by themselves. Planned hours without a visit stay red, now labelled 안 옴 (was 못 한 시간); someone who worked at another time drags the red block there on the 근무표 and sends it, and hours moved into the past count once a manager approves them (an owner's or manager's own move applies at once). Where hours go into time already gone by, no break is asked for. In the people table "실제" becomes "인정", the hours counted. The remote-work cap, the after-work 오늘 한 일 reminder and the day-worker estimate count the same way. Moves made automatically before stay as they are.
    • No 1:1 meetings late at night: from 22:00 to 06:00 a 1:1 can be neither asked for nor offered. Meetings start from 06:00 and end by 22:00. A request for the night sent before this cannot be accepted, only answered with another time or declined; an accepted one at night can stay, move or be cancelled.
  5. v0.0.65

    2026-11-06 22:40:51 KST

    • No work late at night (심야): from 22:00 to 06:00 nothing is anyone's work time. Blocks cannot be put there on the 근무표 (a dragged block stops at 22:00, for owners and managers too), and base hours, contract hours, 출퇴근 신청, a manager's clock-in/out and entered task time must fall between 06:00 and 22:00. ERP visits at night are not counted as work: they fill no missed hours, make no clock-in and add no hours to the estimate, though the visit log keeps them. A task still running at 22:00 stops at 22:00 with a notice, and none can be started or reserved for the night. The 근무표 shades the night, and its status bar reads "접속 중 · 심야" instead of "근무 중" then. Reminders to accept a task or to start one are not sent at night, and hours planned at night bring no start reminder. Requests reaching into the night that were sent before this can only be rejected, and hours planned at night before it need moving into the day (left there, they become missed hours).
    • Late-night notifications wait for 07:00: anything that comes between 22:00 and 06:00 lands in the notification box at once, but its push, mail and Slack message go at 7 in the morning, one of each per person ("밤사이 알림 N건" when there are several, one line per chat room). What was read in the meantime is left out. Messages due at a set time (5 minutes before the day's work, the morning roster at the owner's time, 10 minutes before a 1:1, and the requests and answers for a 1:1 before 07:00) and login notices still go at once. Handing in 오늘 한 일, or a 완료 or 반려·수정 요청, marks that day's reminder to write it as read.
    • 사내 가이드 keeps every version: each save of a guide page is kept as it was, photos included. Owners and managers open 고친 기록 on a page to read any earlier version exactly as saved and can go back to it (which is kept as a new version). 지우기 moved inside 고치기, and a deleted page only leaves the lists: owners and managers find it under 지운 글, read it as it was, and can bring it back. Photos saved in a page are no longer removed when taken out of it or when the page is deleted, only owners and managers can delete such a photo's file, and staff cannot open a photo that only a deleted page or an earlier version shows.
    • Pay changes by month: from 근무 › 직원 (click a name) or a 급여 기준's [수정], [임금 바꾸기] takes the new amounts and "this month" or "next month", shows the change to check, then saves it. A raise is paid from that month at once (payslips not yet sent are worked out again) and the employee gets a "임금 변경 안내" to confirm. Lower pay (any amount down, or monthly to hourly or back) needs the employee's consent and can only start next month. A month whose payslip went out cannot be picked, and once someone's payslip has been sent their amounts no longer change in 급여 기준 directly. A raise entered by mistake can be taken back until that month's payslip is sent, which brings back an earlier change made for the same month. A month cannot be raised above pay already set for a later month (that later month would become a cut nobody agreed to), and a working employee's 급여 기준 with payslips sent can no longer be deleted. Notices carry the changed terms themselves.
    • Working hours change only with the employee's consent: [근무시간 바꾸기] on a person's page takes the new week (different hours per day, or none at all) and a start day at least three days on, shows now → new, and sends it. The employee answers in 근무 › 근로조건 (on the phone, the 근무 tab): agree, or refuse with a reason of at least 10 characters. A reason that only repeats itself or says nothing gets a popup from 오토케 AI asking for it again; it does not judge the reason, and if it asks a second time the popup also offers to send it as written (refusing never depends on the AI, nor does it when the AI does not answer). Hours over 40 a week or 8 a day are pointed out before sending. Once agreed, the 근무표 changes from the start day and the weekly hours follow on that day. What was shown, when and from which device the answer came, and any reason are kept, and the owner is told. A request not answered by the day before its start closes as expired. Once someone's hours have begun they can no longer be changed directly in 직원 [수정] or Settings › Company (setting them the first time, and correcting them the day they are put in, is as before; the owner's own hours and pay change at once). A new notification kind, 근로조건 변경, goes by email too unless the owner picks otherwise.
    • 근로계약서: the owner keeps each person's contract files on that person's page, next to their hours, this month's pay and the change record. Only the owner sees them; deleted files stay under 지운 파일 and can be brought back.
    • Activity records of payslips, 급여 기준 and 근로조건 are now shown to the owner only (managers could see pay amounts there).
  6. v0.0.64

    2026-11-06 01:39:28 KST

    • Key events on the 근무표: each person's 수락, 완료 (deliverables in), 반려·수정 요청, 협조 요청, 오늘 한 일 and 결과 보고 sit at their time in the day. Events within 20 minutes group into one marker that opens to the work. 사람별 한 주 counts them per day. Staff see their own; owners and managers see everyone's. Same on the phone.
    • The 근무표 starts from the 근로계약서: the owner enters each person's contract days, hours and break in 근무 › 직원, and the 근무표 is filled every week; people drag to change it, on the phone with a long press. People who never had base hours get them from the contract note already written, and the contract's weekly hours follow the base hours in use. 표로 입력 is gone; its address opens the 근무표.
    • 1:1 meetings (근무 › 1:1 약속): ask a colleague for a time with both days in view; they accept, offer another time or decline. A shared note only the two see, a reminder 10 minutes before, and accepted meetings on both 근무표.
    • After work with nothing recorded (2 hours or more counted, no 오늘 한 일, 완료 or 반려 that day), people get "오늘 기록된 일이 없어요 / 무엇을 했는지 적어 주세요." once a day, after 30 minutes away. It has its own notification kind; the owner is not asked.
    • Remote-work cap: the owner can set 30–70% in Settings › Company once an office place or IP is registered. When a week ends, remote time over the cap (latest first) no longer counts as work; during the week the 근무표 shows "재택 초과 N시간".
    • Payslips: step through months with arrows or a list, and click a person's row to open the payslip in place; open people stay open across months. Months read 2026-10 on screen (the payslip, mail and xlsx keep their wording).
    • A 급여 기준 can be deleted, for staff and non-staff alike; payslips sent, set by hand or past their pay day stay as records, and the staff account is untouched.
    • 내 임금명세서 opens with this month's payslip as an estimate from the current 급여 기준, so a raise shows at once, with the line "예상 금액일 뿐 확정 숫자가 아닙니다." It goes once the real one arrives. Same on the phone.
    • 사내 가이드 (문서): 온보딩 pages read in order (written by owners and managers) and 꿀팁 anyone writes, blog-style with photos. Reading progress is kept, 홈 shows a [이어서 읽기] card until it is done, and a starter page "새 직원 첫날" can be added.
    • Black and white: the top bar, primary buttons and selected tabs are black instead of navy and blue, and the browser and home-screen icons have the white K in the middle. The phone app's icon changes with the next app install.
  7. v0.0.63

    2026-11-05 21:35:26 KST

    • Company address: the owner sets the company's English address in Settings › Company, and the ERP moves to erp.auto-k.dev/<address>/… (the phone to …/<address>/m). Addresses are lowercase letters and digits, 2–30 characters, starting with a letter; spaces, '-', '_', '.', system names and addresses another company uses or used are refused. New companies pick one when they are made. Old addresses (/erp/…, a previous address) and links in notices, mail and the app keep working. Several companies in several tabs stay apart. Until an address is set nothing changes, and only the owner sees a note on 홈.
    • Link previews: an ERP link pasted into KakaoTalk, Slack and the like shows the company's name and a picture with it, once the address is set. The picture is black and white, as 오토케's always was. Share links read '<company>에서 보낸 파일', never the file name. A messenger fetching a preview is logged as 메신저 미리보기, not as a view or a download.
  8. v0.0.62

    2026-11-05 10:23:39 KST

    • Help: how-it-works explanations left the screens and live on one 도움말 page. It is under Settings › 도움말 on the PC (table of contents and search) and ⚙ Settings › 도움말 on the phone (tap to open, search). It has 35 sections from getting started to settings, and the Slack setup guide moved there too.
    • On screens, 97 explanations were removed and 190 cut to a few words. Confirmations, warnings, errors and first-step hints stay.
  9. v0.0.61

    2026-11-05 08:36:59 KST

    • Step write-ups: 완료 has a blog-style 완료 보고. Just write; [사진 넣기] puts photos where you are typing (paste and drop work on the PC), and originals are kept. The next step reads it as 앞 단계 보고, every redo round keeps its own, and its author or a manager can edit it later. A task without named deliverable slots takes a write-up with a photo as its file. Same on the phone.
    • Project 결과 보고: owners, managers and project managers write it from [결과 보고] on the project. [단계 보고로 초안 채우기] gathers the steps' write-ups in order as a draft, [올리기] tells the team, and the PC prints it to PDF. When a project finishes, its owner and project managers are asked to write it.
    • Photos in write-ups show as a lighter blog copy (1280 px) and open the original on a tap. Each viewer gets a watermark and one access-log row per viewing. HEIC photos and photos over 50 megapixels are refused.
    • Settings › My info: the name is changed there and the top-right name is display only. On the phone, ⚙ opens settings with the name and sign-out.
  10. v0.0.60

    Not released yet

    • Flow canvas with a mouse: the right (or middle) button moves the page; the left button drags boxes or draws a box around several to select them. Right-dragging opens no menu, and the arrows' right-click menu stays. Touch screens keep one finger moving the page.
  11. v0.0.59

    Not released yet

    • Flow arrows: an arrow between two boxes at almost the same height is drawn as one straight line, and a box dropped almost level with a box it is joined to snaps level and is saved there.
  12. v0.0.58

    2026-11-04 22:18:38 KST

    • 서류함 previews: a card shows a small, low-quality picture, and a click on it opens the paper full screen in high quality. The first page shows soft at once (the card's picture) and sharpens when its full copy comes. The server draws two pictures at a time, so many new papers no longer overwhelm it; a card shows a placeholder while its picture is drawn, tries again if the server was busy, and falls back to the file icon. Pictures already seen come from the browser. A click on a card's picture no longer opens the file picker: [새 버전] or dropping a file on the card uploads. Task file previews on the PC and the phone work the same way.
  13. v0.0.57

    Not released yet

    • Deadline reminders: a task with a due date reminds its assignee at 9 a.m. on the days the owner picks in Settings › Notifications (7, 5, 3, 2 or 1 day before, or on the day; 3 and 1 days before by default). Mail and Slack follow the reminders' own row there, which starts where task notifications go. Finished tasks, help boxes nobody has asked yet, and projects being edited or not running are left out; a moved due date is reminded again for the new day. The inbox gets a 마감 tab.
  14. v0.0.56

    Not released yet

    • Admin › Companies opens with a table of people per workspace: who can sign in, who is blocked, and how many of those who can sign in opened the ERP today, in 7 and in 30 days; sortable by any column, with totals.
  15. v0.0.55

    2026-11-04 14:41:57 KST

    • Document previews: very large pages (e.g. a Mac scan at 1644 × 2369 pt) are drawn to fit 1,700 px on the long side instead of at a fixed resolution (~9 MP and 20 s a page before, so they did not show); A4 pages are unchanged. Cached pages are drawn again on the next view.
  16. v0.0.54

    2026-11-04 14:02:36 KST

    • Comment boxes (tasks on the PC and the phone, Admin feedback) drop the hints everyone knows (who is notified, Shift+Enter for a new line); nothing else changes.
  17. v0.0.53

    2026-11-04 13:14:03 KST

    • Work calendar: the period sits between its arrows (◀ 11월 2일 – 11월 8일 ▶, or the month); 이번 주 / 이번 달 shows only when away from it, to come back.
    • Pay: 다시 반영하기 applies a changed 급여 기준 to the month's unsent slips (sent ones are a record and stay, as do slips set by hand and the month's inputs; a leaver is paid for their last month once a 퇴사일 is set, blocked login or not (blocked 직원 stay in 급여 기준, and one with no 퇴사일 is named); each slip keeps its own 지급일; two people with one name are never mixed up; a renamed person keeps one slip; who was left or dropped is named), with the people not yet applied marked; a 임금명세서's numbers can be set by hand (lines, 계산 방법, 비고; the totals follow; 계산값으로 되돌리기 works it out again); 보내기 first shows each mail exactly as it goes (From, To, CC, the company copy as BCC, Reply-To, subject, body) and sends nothing if any mail would go out otherwise since (slip, address or CC). An uploaded 급여대장 asks before replacing numbers set by hand; the 급여대장 file lists hand-added items under 기타.
    • Work: a stretch worked with the ERP off can be requested (date, times, why; up to 14 days back, never over a recorded visit); once a 관리자 approves it under 승인 it counts as a visit and clears that day's 미출근. On the PC and the phone.
  18. v0.0.52

    2026-11-04 09:24:36 KST

    • Talk: 진행 중 and 완료 tabs; rooms of finished projects sit under 완료, each tab showing its room count and unread number. A finished room opened from a notice opens the 완료 tab, and coming back from a room keeps the tab. A finished room's header says 완료; a put-away room (listed only while unread) says 보관; rooms nobody has written in yet read lighter. On the PC and the phone.
  19. v0.0.51

    2026-11-04 07:47:51 KST

    • Help requests (협조) read like replies: the asker's task keeps running (and its clock) while help is out; the helper answers with words or files and Done, or declines — no accept or start first, no deliverable rules. Answers reach the asker at once; finishing before an answer calls the request off. Asking an earlier step to redo its part while help is out is fine: the task goes on as soon as the redo is back, and an answer or decline meanwhile still reaches it at once.
    • Edit mode for running projects: tools appear after Edit, and while editing the project does not move on and nobody is told of the changes; Apply releases it all at once (or 30 minutes after the last edit). 협조 and 수정 요청 people send themselves, and 협조 answers, still go at once; work coming back from a 수정 요청 goes on at Apply. Boxes with several arrows in can start when all are done (AND) or any one (OR); an OR box sent back for a redo waits for the redone work, not an old way in, and one already started on another way is left alone when its late way is sent back. Comments take several lines; a new project starts in the folder being viewed.
    • The side menu on the PC stays in place while the page scrolls.
    • Production data from 0.0.49: a task 0.0.49 paused for a 협조 (a 협조 box asking its own too) goes on, accepted at its real time, while the answer is out — or back to 수락 대기 when someone else has it now; an old delete request on a project that went back to work is cleared with its agreements; a 톡방 member who had read the room and was already mailed for unread talk is not mailed again on the next message.
    • Fixes from the pre-release review: 반려 and 수정 요청 go only to finished steps, never into a skipped box or one still open (as behind an OR join), and never wait on one; a 반려 with no steps picked (the phone) goes back along the ways work really came in by, not one still on its timer, and says why when there is none (the phone, which cannot pick, shows 반려 only where that default has somewhere to go); every step between two 수정 요청 picks runs again once the redo reaches it, one being worked on too (its clock stops and its person is told); a box's own 협조 box gets a 협조 요청, not a 수정 요청, and a 협조 box on 결과 대기 or busy with a request cannot be asked again; a timer coming due no longer wipes the notes a box waiting on its own 수정 요청 has collected; renaming or moving a finished project leaves it finished; every return of a 수정 요청 to several steps reaches the asker, a decline's reason too; a finished project reopens when an arrow change reopens a way, dropping any old delete request; a 수정 요청 to a 협조 box is ordinary work and can be declined, and a 협조 box can be asked again after it declined or was called off; 협조 reply files never become versions of other files — a name already in the project (an earlier answer's image.jpg) gets a number — on the PC and the phone; the phone warns before completing with 협조 out; delete votes are taken one at a time; Talk opens only the room you pick (and works on narrow windows), emails never-read members once, loads only each room's last message, and says so when a room is gone (a dropped connection is tried again, not taken for a gone room); the weekly hours check (this week against 주간 hours) shows only in the week view, for the person whose week is on screen, and the people table waits for everyone's week instead of showing the last person's as 0h; the second shareholder-register save works; Admin › Visits counts menus by path.
  20. v0.0.50

    Not released yet

    • Pay slips get an Expenses column: add or change each person's reimbursed expenses for the month right there (the description field in that dialog no longer collapses).
    • Fixed: the last agreement to a deletion request could delete a project that had been put back to work; requests now lapse when a project runs again, and a running project is never deleted by agreement.
  21. v0.0.49

    2026-11-04 01:00:33 KST

    • One map of every screen under Home, Work, Documents, Attendance and Settings: menu labels, the trail above each page, browser tab titles and the analytics feature names now all come from it and match. Tabs read "screen · menu — company · 오토케 ERP", and a project or file tab shows its name.
    • Documents › Certificates shows each document as a card, the way assistcamera.com shows its company documents: a picture of the first page, its date and kind, then View and PDF download. The shareholder register's card is today's issue (masked); the 서류함's documents appear alongside it, watermarked and logged as before.
    • Admin › Visits adds ERP use by menu.
    • Deliverable slots: a task can name what its completion must bring ("quote", "site photo"), one file per slot; or be set to need no deliverable, with the reason written down.
    • Branches (A or B): a task with several arrows out can send the work down just one, picked at completion; the boxes on the way not taken are skipped and don't hold the project open.
    • A box two or more steps flow into shows "join · 1/2 done"; the project description shows under its name and can be edited there.
    • Attendance: each person's weekly hours and contract hours (with the contract's days and times) are kept in Staff and compared with the week on the schedule; fixed times (for everyone or one person) can only be moved by a manager; today's ERP use reads as one total and a day strip, and visits under 15 minutes no longer speckle the week.
    • Settings › Notifications takes a company mail account that gets a hidden copy (BCC) of every mail the ERP sends.
    • Fixed: "Build payroll ledger" answered 405 in production since 0.0.44 — its route sat in a folder named "build", which the repository's ignore rules left out of every deploy. It moved, and a test now fails on any source file git ignores.
    • Talk on its own: project chat messages no longer fill the notification inbox. A Talk button with the unread count sits in the top bar and Talk lists each project's room (last message, unread count); on the phone Talk is a tab. Pushes collapse to one line per room. On a project page the room starts folded.
    • Read receipts: tap a message's unread number to see who read it and when and who hasn't, and ask them to read it (to their phone and inbox, at most every 10 minutes per person).
    • Attendance "All" now shows one line per person: each day's hours, what was actually worked or missed, and the week against their weekly hours; the calendar is a toggle away. Projects can be renamed from their page.
    • Deleting a project at a project manager's request now needs an owner or manager and everyone in the project to agree; any one of them can object and end the request.
  22. v0.0.48

    2026-11-03 20:14:15 KST

    • ERP page views carry the company (its workspace ID, never its name); the admin Visits page shows ERP use by company and each company's features.
    • Google Analytics now runs in a hidden blank page of its own, so it only ever receives the feature name and company the ERP sends — never an ERP page's address, search terms or title.

    • Pick a document's version from a dropdown to preview and download it, on 서류함 cards and on a file's page.
  24. v0.0.46

    2026-11-03 12:28:09 KST

    • Documents › Certificates: issue the shareholder register (주주명부) as a PDF dated today with the company seal over "(인)". The owner keeps the shareholders (resident numbers encrypted, shown masked) and uploads the seal; owners and managers issue, and each issue is logged.
    • Pay slip CC defaults to the owner and managers; addresses can be added, removed or reset.
    • The ERP reports to Google Analytics which feature each page is (no IDs, queries or company data); the admin Visits page shows ERP use by feature apart from the website.
  25. v0.0.45

    Not released yet

    • The owner can name an address (such as the company's own account) that gets a copy (CC) of every pay slip sent.
  26. v0.0.44

    2026-11-03 12:04:12 KST

    • The ERP writes the payroll ledger itself: the owner keeps each person's pay terms (base pay, meal and fuel allowances or an hourly wage, dependants, which social insurances apply, start and end dates), and "Make the ledger" works out the month's pay slips — social insurance at 2026 rates, income tax from the simplified withholding table, local tax, pay by the day in a month someone joins or leaves, 3.3% for day workers. Each slip takes the month's expenses, hours and days worked; the ledger downloads as .xlsx.
    • Today's and past work hours (up to two weeks back) can be changed on the work calendar and the week table; an employee's change always waits for a manager's approval. "Approve all" retries requests that only fit after another one.
  27. v0.0.43

    Not released yet

    • Pay slips: the owner uploads the month's payroll ledger (.xlsx) under Work › Pay slips, checks each person's slip, and sends it to their email. A slip lists the pay items and gross pay, each deduction and the total, how amounts were worked out, and expenses paid back apart from pay. People see the slips sent to them, on the computer and the phone.
    • Staff have a personal email (where the pay slip goes) and a date of birth, set by the owner.
  28. v0.0.42

    2026-11-03 08:17:17 KST

    • Tasks can have a due date, set when adding the task or later in its panel. It shows on the canvas, in the task panel, my tasks, the team board and the phone app, amber when due today or tomorrow and red once past; the task's notification mentions it.
  29. v0.0.41

    2026-11-02 17:52:05 KST

    • An account can be signed in on one computer and one phone at a time. Signing in on another computer (or phone) says which device it signed out, notifies the account, and the earlier device shows within a minute that it was signed out and why.
    • The projects list has a "show completed too" switch that adds finished projects to the current tab.
    • The "coming tomorrow?" question goes out at 18:00 instead of 17:00.
  30. v0.0.40

    Not released yet

    • A task's clock stops when its person leaves the ERP: five minutes after the last sign of the ERP being open, work ends at that moment and they are told. A task left this way still asks for today's file before another one starts.
    • Someone on the ERP with a task not accepted after ten minutes is reminded every ten minutes until they accept, on screen, in the inbox (bundled) and on the phone.
  31. v0.0.39

    2026-11-02 17:14:14 KST

    • Working from outside the office is called remote work and shown in orange: on the team board next to who is online, as an orange hatch over actual ERP time on the schedule, and in attendance.
  32. v0.0.38

    2026-11-02 16:56:14 KST

    • The admin's visits page signs in to Google Analytics with the server's existing Google service account, and shows which account to give viewer access.
  33. v0.0.37

    2026-11-02 16:19:24 KST

    • The auto-k admin lists every company that signed up, newest first: when, its owner, people, plan and trial days left, storage, projects and files, last visit and feedback.
    • The auto-k admin shows auto-k.dev's Google Analytics: visitors now and over 7, 28 or 90 days, visits per day, top pages, where visitors came from and on what device.
  34. v0.0.36

    2026-11-02 15:50:20 KST

    • Someone else's secret post shows only that it is one, its number and date: no author, category or status, and it stays out of the Feedback and Bug report tabs.
    • Secret posts, their edits and the auto-k team's answers to them no longer appear in the activity log, and earlier log lines about them are removed.
    • The auto-k admin page opens on the posts still waiting for a reply.
  35. v0.0.35

    2026-11-02 13:17:41 KST

    • On a narrow screen such as a phone, the top menus fold into a ☰ button that opens every menu and page, your name and a link to the phone screen.
    • A task worked on today for more than a few minutes needs a file from today before it can be stopped, switched away from, parked or completed; a dialog asks for it (several files, or a photo on the phone) and then carries on. Files with the same name stack up as versions.
    • Work files can be uploaded to a task in progress at any time, without finishing it.
    • At 17:00, someone whose usual workday tomorrow has no hours on the schedule is asked whether they are coming, with a link to that week.
    • PDF previews show Korean text again for files whose fonts are not embedded (common for call-recording transcripts and office exports); pages drawn before are drawn again.
  36. v0.0.34

    2026-11-02 09:20:40 KST

    • Feedback and bug reports are now a board everyone in the company can read, with numbers, categories, titles, authors and status, and tabs for All, Feedback, Bug reports and My posts.
    • Posts have a category, a title, text and up to 5 files; bug reports prompt for where and what happened.
    • Secret posts are visible only to the author and the auto-k team; others see a locked row.
    • Earlier feedback, written when only its author could read it, stays secret until the author makes it public.
  37. v0.0.33

    2026-11-02 09:08:57 KST

    • The version line at the bottom of ERP pages is gone. Release notes live on auto-k.dev, and the old in-app address leads there.
  38. v0.0.32

    2026-11-02 08:53:32 KST

    • These release notes are public on auto-k.dev: Release notes in the site footer, with when each version went live.
  39. v0.0.31

    2026-11-02 08:44:37 KST

    • Fewer notifications. The "no task running" reminder comes at most once a day, only during scheduled work hours after 30 idle minutes, never on breaks or off hours.
    • The 07:30 personal schedule notice is gone; the reminder five minutes before work remains and flags a changed schedule. Managers still get the 07:30 team roster.
    • The end-of-day "write today's report" and the morning "missed hours" notices are no longer sent.
  40. v0.0.30

    2026-11-02 02:56:37 KST

    • Work schedules can be written as a weekly table: start and end times per day, with Usual / Off / Morning / Afternoon presets and "Same as last week".
    • The legal break is added automatically, and the week's total must stay the same before the table can be sent.
    • Staff send the table as a request; owners and managers save it at once, for anyone on the team.
    • Weeks with waiting requests show the requested hours, marked as pending.
    • People who are online without a task running now show as "Taking a break".
