Terms of Service

1. The service

AutoK provides API and CLI access to third-party large language models on a prepaid credit basis. By creating an account or using the service you agree to these terms.

2. Credits and subscriptions

Credits are deducted per request based on the model used and tokens consumed; current rates are shown in the dashboard. The Basic subscription renews automatically each month until cancelled; all other purchases are one-time credit packs. Purchased credits are non-transferable.

Validity period: credits are valid for 30 days from the date they are granted (including monthly subscription grants). Unused credits expire automatically at the end of the validity period, as disclosed at the time of purchase.

3. Refunds and cancellation (환불 및 청약철회)

Payments are processed by Paddle.com as merchant of record. Refunds follow Paddle's buyer terms together with the consumer protections below.

대한민국 이용자 고지 (전자상거래 등에서의 소비자보호에 관한 법률):

① 구매일로부터 7일 이내에 크레딧을 전혀 사용하지 않은 경우, 청약철회(전액 환불)가 가능합니다. ② 크레딧을 일부 사용한 경우, 디지털콘텐츠의 제공이 개시된 것으로 보아 사용분을 제외한 잔여 크레딧에 대해 환불을 요청할 수 있습니다. ③ 구독(Basic)은 언제든지 해지할 수 있으며, 해지 시 다음 결제일부터 요금이 청구되지 않습니다. 이미 결제된 기간의 크레딧은 유효기간(30일) 동안 계속 사용할 수 있습니다. ④ 크레딧 유효기간(지급일로부터 30일)이 경과하여 소멸된 크레딧은 환불 대상에서 제외됩니다. ⑤ 환불 요청: juseongparkai@gmail.com 또는 Paddle 결제 영수증의 환불 링크를 이용해주세요. 처리에는 영업일 기준 3~5일이 소요될 수 있습니다.

분쟁이 발생한 경우 한국소비자원(www.kca.go.kr) 또는 콘텐츠분쟁조정위원회에 조정을 신청할 수 있습니다.

4. Acceptable use

You must not use the service for unlawful activity, to generate harmful content prohibited by the underlying model providers' policies, to attempt to breach or overload our systems, or to resell access without authorization. API keys are secrets — you are responsible for keeping them safe and for all usage under your keys.

5. Availability and changes

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Model availability and pricing may change as upstream providers change. We may modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice where practical.

6. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from the service is limited to the amount you paid in the three months preceding the claim. We are not liable for the content of model outputs.

7. Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms. Upon account deletion, remaining promotional credits are forfeited.
